Walking Old Havana Part 5

Here are some more random images of La Habana Vieja...


This is the Hotel Plaza at dusk...and I took the picture from my hotel window.


Salsa music was everywhere.  It was like the air we breathed!


So many preserved buildings...but they really need some TLC soon.


This one even had weeds growing through the cracks on the wall!


Arabic influences too!


Loved all the cobblestones!  Ladies, leave them stiletto heels at home! :-)


You know what?  Even the dogs were friendly in Cuba! :-)


Havana traffic jam...actually this was already in Central Havana.


This was on a street called Calle de los Mercadores.  Many interesting, artsy things here. It's close to the Plaza de la Catedral (read: a little bit touristy...but who cares?)


The voyeur in me tried to take peeks at people's lives...


...and they look right back at me anyway.  It's all good. :-)
