They sure know how to make pancakes here! The sausages and maple baked beans were quite wonderful too. See that bit of gooey stuff I slathered on the side of my plate?
That's maple mustard. Excellent with the sausages! Washed them all down with hot apple cider.
After that hearty meal, it was time to burn off some calories on the trail course.
Wild blackberry... yes, they're red until they turn to the dark side. he! he!
Funny moss (?) on trees...
And of course, maple...
Maple everywhere!
